Adventurely is een app om op vakantie samen een spel te spelen: opdrachten, foto's, een tijdlijn en een scorebord. Daarvoor hebben we een paar gegevens van je nodig. Hier staat welke, waarom, waar ze staan en hoe lang — en hoe je ze weghaalt.
Wie is verantwoordelijk

Welke gegevens en waarvoor

We gebruiken geen advertenties, verkopen geen gegevens en volgen je niet in andere apps of op websites.
Wie kan wat zien
- Wat je in een reis stuurt, zien alleen de mensen in die reis.
- Voegt de reisleider een meekijker toe, dan ziet die alleen de tijdlijn van die reis: foto's, teksten, namen, reacties. Geen e-mailadressen, scores of reisplan.
- Maakt de reisleider de reis-website aan, dan kan iedereen met die geheime link de route, het scorebord en de foto's en video's van de reis zien en downloaden.

Voor diensten buiten de EU gelden de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie of het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework.
Hoe lang
- Foto's en video's: tot 4 weken na de laatste dag van de reis. In de app en op de website zeggen we "2 weken", zodat je op tijd downloadt; daarna houden we ze nog 2 weken extra aan voor wie te laat is. Dan worden ze automatisch verwijderd.
- Je account en de rest: tot je je account verwijdert.
- Berichten aan ons: tot ze afgehandeld zijn, hooguit een jaar.
Je account en gegevens verwijderen
In de app: tik op je foto rechtsboven → Account verwijderen. Dat verwijdert je account en alles wat van jou is, in alle reizen. Een reis waarin alleen jij zit, verdwijnt helemaal; zitten er anderen in, dan blijft de reis voor hen bestaan zonder jouw bijdragen. Lukt het niet, mail ons, dan doen wij het binnen 30 dagen.
Je rechten
Je mag je gegevens inzien, laten verbeteren, laten verwijderen of meenemen, en bezwaar maken. Mail ons. Ben je het niet eens met hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Kinderen
Adventurely is bedoeld voor gezinnen en groepen. Een account maken kan vanaf 16 jaar; jongere kinderen spelen mee met toestemming en onder toezicht van een ouder.
Beveiliging
Alle verbindingen zijn versleuteld. Foto's en video's staan in afgeschermde opslag en zijn alleen te openen met tijdelijke links voor wie in de reis zit (of de geheime link van de reis-website heeft).
Wijzigingen
Verandert er iets belangrijks, dan zeggen we dat in de app. Bovenaan staat de datum van deze versie.

Adventurely is an app for playing a game together on holiday: challenges, photos, a timeline and a scoreboard. To do that we need some of your data. This page explains which data, why, where it's stored, for how long — and how to remove it.

What data and why

We don't show ads, don't sell data and don't track you across other apps or websites.
Who can see what
- What you post in a trip is only visible to the people in that trip.
- If the trip leader adds a follower, they only see that trip's timeline: photos, texts, names, comments. No email addresses, scores or plan.
- If the trip leader creates the trip website, anyone with that secret link can see and download the route, scoreboard, photos and videos of the trip.

For services outside the EU, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.
How long
- Photos and videos: until 4 weeks after the last day of the trip. The app and website say "2 weeks" so you download in time; we keep them 2 more weeks for anyone who's late. Then they are deleted automatically.
- Your account and everything else: until you delete your account.
- Messages to us: until handled, at most one year.
Deleting your account and data
In the app: tap your photo at the top right → Delete account. This deletes your account and everything that is yours, in all trips. A trip with only you in it disappears completely; if others are in it, the trip stays for them without your contributions. If it doesn't work, email us and we'll do it within 30 days.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or take your data with you, and object to its use. Email us. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your country.
Children
Adventurely is made for families and groups. You can create an account from age 16; younger children play along with a parent's permission and supervision.
Security
All connections are encrypted. Photos and videos are in protected storage and can only be opened with temporary links by people in the trip (or with the trip website's secret link).
Changes
If something important changes, we'll say so in the app. The date of this version is at the top.
